GateLime

Read the route. Then plan it together.

GateLime Journal writes the place. The app keeps the shared trip in order.

A guide worth reading, and one plan the whole group can see.

GateLime is two things that sit side by side. The journal is where a country, a city, or a route is written down. The app is where friends turn that trip into a plan they can all follow.

A country page holds places to see, the table, getting around, where to stay, a budget, and a sample run of days. Guides and city pages do the same work at a closer distance. The writing also says how full a day should feel. A list of sights is not a plan.

The app begins when more than one person has to hold the trip. You share an itinerary, join with a PIN, keep group notes, track expenses, see the stops on a map, and use an AI recommendation when you want another idea. Each of those is described on the product page.

Journal

Written for the week before you leave

The desk writes for people who will actually go. A page should still be useful once the dates are set: what to see, what to leave out, what the day costs, and the pace that fits. GateLime does not sell tours and does not take a booking. When a visa, a ticket, or a departure matters, the official source is the one to check.

App

The plan leaves the chat thread

Group travel usually scatters across messages. Dates slip, costs stay vague, and the same question comes back. GateLime keeps the itinerary, the notes, and the expenses inside the trip. You read a guide here. You build the shared plan in the app.

How we work

  1. 01 One trip, one place

The route, the notes, and the expenses stay together, not in three different threads.

  2. 02 Pace before the checklist

A day has a length. The writing says what that length is, and what can wait.

  3. 03 The group sees the same plan

People join with a PIN and look at the same itinerary, not a forwarded copy.

  4. 04 Check the source that counts

Budgets and opening hours are a start. Visas, tickets, and departures are confirmed with the official source.

The desk

Editors

Three editors write the journal. Routes, cities, and the money on a group trip each have a desk.

  1. 01

    Route editor

    Elif Aydın

She likes long walks and short lists. She describes a city by the three neighborhoods you would not skip, not by ten sights you must see.

  2. 02

    City editor

    Kerem Soy

Transit cards, side streets, and the sentence “get off here” are his work. He simplifies a crowded route.

  3. 03

    Budget editor

    Maya Eren

She can usually tell that a group trip is about to fray because of money. She does not hide the number or shame anyone. She puts it on the table first.

Start with a place, or start with the plan.
