See Cappadocia only from the sky and you miss the inside of the valley. The balloon can be cancelled. That is not a crisis. Pigeon Valley or Love Valley is the other plan for that morning.
Göreme fills by noon. Walk in the morning. In the afternoon, choose a cave, a terrace, or nothing at all. One testi kebab in the evening is enough.
