Which one for whom?

Why Tokyo?

Cross the famous intersection once. The Tokyo you want starts one street in, and early the next morning.

Fill every day with another famous district and you will remember none of them. Give one day to the east, one day to a single neighborhood, and one day to no plan at all.

Why Venice?

The Rialto fills by noon. Start early, and you still see the canal as a street.

You can see Venice in a day. To live it, give it two. Win the first morning with an early hour, not with a map. Getting lost after lunch is allowed. Do not pin dinner to a single tourist menu.
